Terms and Conditions

Bookings are only secured on receipt of a deposit. Hooked in France cannot provisionally hold any dates or spaces without deposit

- £250 non refundable deposit lake exclusive

- £100 pp non refundable non lake exclusive

NB The cost of all holidays are fixed for the year and are subject to change annually.

Payment

Balance of payment must be paid in full eight weeks prior to departure. If the balance is not received by the stated date, Hooked in France reserve the right to cancel your holiday. Should you book within ten weeks of departure the full balance of the holiday will be required.

Except for the security deposit on hire items all payments are non-refundable.

Cancellation of Holiday

If you cancel your holiday no refunds are given unless we are able to fill the space with another booking.

Please note again deposits are non refundable even if space is filled.

Passports

All guests should ensure that they hold the appropriate passport and travel documents at time of travel.

Insurance

All guests should take out the necessary travel insurance. We strongly advise you do this at time of booking.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for any loss, delay or cancellations due to fire, storm, flood, weather, riots, political unrest, industrial disputes, threat of terrorist activity, war, Acts of God or any other events beyond our control.

Fishery Rules & Regulations

All guests (anglers and non anglers) must agree to abide by all lake rules as laid down by the Owners. Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday. Arrivals not before 1pm and departure 10am on Saturday. The swim draw takes place approx. 14.00 on Saturday

Children

All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Swim Allocation

If you have booked more than one weeks fishing in any one visit please be aware you will have to redraw on the Saturday.

Termination

We reserve the right to immediately terminate the services we are contractually obliged to provide to you, if we, our employees or agents or any other person appointed under our authority, judge your behaviour to be likely to cause discomfort or harm to our other clients, or to any other person or property. In this situation we will not accept any liability to pay you a refund or provide compensation or damages which you may incur.

Any persons entering Les Montautiers do so at their own risk. The Management accepts no responsibility for any injury, loss or damage suffered by such person or for any claims or liabilities which may be occasioned by an action be it natural or otherwise.

Lakes are dangerous and the banks may be uneven in places. Visitors are asked to take care at all time.

Excessive alcohol consumption or the use of drugs is not allowed.

The boat is for emergency use ONLY and LIFEJACKETS MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES.

The Fishery accepts no responsibility for anything beyond it’s control, such as disease, drought, flood etc: that might prevent fishing.

When fishing the lakes you agree that any photos/videos taken of you whilst at the lake may be used on social media and promotional materials.

Complaints

We want you to have a great stay. Please address any concerns to the Owners of Hooked in France as soon as possible and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
